IIH Nordic

IIH Nordic was founded in 2005 by Steen Rasmussen and Henrik Stenmann, who had a vision of combining business and data, to create a truly exceptional workplace.  Expansion was rapid, IIH Nordic grew and learned many valuable lessons along the way. Experience with hundreds of firms all types and sizes in an array of different industry’s has given the company great experiences, invaluable knowledge, and its journey is far from over.

Michael Feiner - Director, Digital Analytics Hub
Michael’s digital analytics career goes back to 2001. He has worked for Nedstat (now part of comScore), Nielsen Online and analytics consultancy Logan Tod. In 2007 Michael set up AEP Convert, an analytics and optimisation consultancy working with clients such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Vodafone, Chelsea FC, More Than, BT, Selfridges, Kitbag and Lakeland. In April 2016 AEP Convert merged with L3 Analytics to form LeapThree.
In 2018, Michael negotiated the sale of LeapThree to digital marketing agency, Ayima. He subsequently left Ayima in 2019 to focus on building up the Digital Analytics Hub.


Matthias Bettag - Senior Data Strategist at ODOSCOPE
Matthias is a seasoned digital analytics practitioner, strategic consultant and Certified Web Analyst TM. He founded the Semphonic European office in early 2012 following seven years with pharmaceutical giant Bayer. He was Germany’s country manager for the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) from 2009-2018.
Matthias was a tutor of the UBC Sauder School of Business (Canada) for the German online course "Award of Achievements in Digital Analytics" from 2012-2018 and speaker at various events.  He was managing partner at Digital Motion before joining ODOSCOPE as a Senior Data Strategist in 2019.
